The Train the Trainer Healthy Workplace Educator Program equips veterinary professionals to deliver practical, evidence-based education that fosters healthier workplaces through everyday interactions. Participants gain the knowledge and ready-to-use materials needed to teach others in their practices, workplaces, and communities.
The program consists of four modules that can be taken individually or completed as a series. Each module combines asynchronous and synchronous learning to explore a different factor influencing workplace culture and wellbeing. Through guided discussions, peer sharing, practice exercises, and self-reflection, participants deepen their understanding of the content, strengthen their teaching skills, and learn to address common learner questions.
After completing a module, participants will be equipped with the knowledge, presentation materials, and educational resources needed to teach it in a variety of settings. Those who wish to offer continuing education (CE) credit to their audiences may become eligible by passing an educator readiness assessment. Participants will also receive a digital badge to display on their website or social media.
To begin, participants must complete the full-day training, Conversations that transform teams. The remaining modules will be released in early 2027.
