Journey for Teams: Educational Modules
The Journey for Teams Educational Modules empower veterinary team members to explore, discuss, and deepen their understanding of DEI in the workplace. Dive into topics such as psychological safety, cultural responsiveness, generational diversity, and client communication—while building a practical roadmap to advance DEI where you work.
Each volume is comprised of four, 15-minute modules, which can be completed in any order. Choose the topics most pertinent to you and your workplace. The volumes cover these topics:

The Educational Modules series is part of Journey for Teams—a comprehensive and collaborative program that gives every member of the veterinary community a pathway to foster DEI in our workplaces.
