  • Develop a Strategic Framework for Practice Success: Attendees will learn how to create a practical, actionable strategic plan that aligns the practice’s long-term vision with short-term goals, encompassing essential areas like financial health, team management, and operational efficiency. 
  • Optimize Financial and Personnel Management for Sustainable Growth: Attendees will gain insights into key financial management techniques—such as budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization—while also exploring best practices in personnel management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation, to support sustainable practice growth.
