Rob Best is certified in neuroleadership, the science-based field centered around emotional intelligence. His work focuses on supporting leaders and increasing the emotional and psychological safety within professional environments to help attract, retain, and develop talent.
He holds bachelor’s degrees in both business and organizational communication. He is a certified veterinary practice manager and a licensed expert in body language, statement analysis, and deception detection. He also is a former basketball player, has trekked six of the seven continents, and was the CEO of a global nonprofit supporting teenage entrepreneurs in over 30 countries.
He is a frequent keynote speaker and a regular guest on podcasts and television, where he discusses his work with people like Ndaba Mandela and Kobe Bryant, and profiles criminal suspects and celebrities for possible deception.
