Ryan Smith holds a master’s degree in exercise physiology and previously worked as a stock and options trader for a major financial firm. Combining the language of Wall Street with his coaching philosophies, he has spent his career coaching high performers, training executive-level athletes, and working with athletes of all skill levels. With his partner, Dr. Jennifer Quammen, he is the co-founder of Veterinarian Coaching, focused on helping veterinarians thrive.

Dr. Jennifer Quammen began her career as a veterinary technician in private practice. As a veterinarian, she has worked as an associate, medical director, and relief veterinarian. Her clinical interests are in surgery and pain management. She also is passionate about veterinary wellbeing, and in 2014, she co-founded Veterinarian Coaching (www.veterinariancoaching.com) with her partner, Ryan Smith. In this role, she helps veterinarians, practices, and students on issues related to stress management, career transitions, and improved work-life integration.
