Dr. Kelly Cooper is a practicing veterinarian and the founder of Reality Vet Coaching & Consulting. Her experiences as an independent practice owner and corporate executive have given her a unique perspective to write, speak, and coach about the realities of working with people and the business of veterinary practice. She is an authentic storyteller, offering guidance that audiences can connect with and put into action. Dr. Cooper has served on the AVMA Council on Veterinary Services and as president of the Oklahoma Veterinary Medical Association. She earned her DVM from Oklahoma State University.
