Isaac Monson is a certified protection professional, and an assistant vice president and senior risk consultant with HUB International’s risk services division. He has over 18 years of professional experience in various public- and private-sector settings, including government, manufacturing, construction, transportation, retail, healthcare, education, nonprofit, and insurance. He has consulted with hundreds of organizations across the United States and Canada on workplace violence prevention and related topics, including policy/procedure development, employee training, threat assessment and management, and violent incident emergency response planning. As a member of HUB’s organizational resilience practice, he develops and delivers prevention and preparedness solutions in the areas of enterprise security risk management, emergency/crisis/continuity management, cyber risk management, and critical incident response.
